Onwards an upwards

So having submitted and resubmitted my Areas of Learning, I am now starting to look at my Reflective essay. The handbooks for both RPL and for this essay have been a great assistance. I am re-reading them and actually find I need both open as I am thinking of my essay. There are parts of the handbooks that I would like to quote - which I am sure is OK, but not really sure? If I do quote from them, how are they shown in bibliography - does anyone know? This sentence from DAN4510 handbook is very reflective of  my feelings in this module!

I am definitely not comfortable writing my thinking as I think it shows my muddled brain and also I don't think I write in a very academic way!

  1. Hi Kym, lucky you have the opportunity to submit aols on time...now i wish you good luck with reflective essay:0 i am sure that you will write fine. regarding bibliography, i will try to answer if i understood well, of course you can quote core books, or handbooks, you just put in the bibliography surname, initials, edition if is edited book, date of publication, title in italics, place and publisher.. (Helen something wrote about it on her blog)when you qoute in the text, you put surname, date of publications and page and that is it:)
i hope this tip will be helpful for you, you can contact me on skype too if you need quicker answer:)
    good luck!
